Saison Dupont
Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. This IPA is hopped with a ridiculous amount of the juiciest hops available. In order to bring you the most hop flavor possible, we intentionally leave yeast and hop oils in the beer by not filtering them out. Some say that's a lot of Hooey! Bourbon Barrel Quad (2014)
Based loosely on the Smokestack Series’ The Sixth Glass, this abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging. Selected barrels are then blended for optimum flavor. The resulting beer retains only very subtle cherry characteristics, with toffee and vanilla notes coming to the fore.

Trappistes Rochefort 8
Originally called "Spécial," Rochefort 8 dates to the mid-1950s. The name comes from the original gravity in "Belgian degrees." Deep brown color; the flavor is vigorous and complex, with firm body to support the strength. The aroma has elusive notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs. ABV 9.2 IBU 22
Trippel
2021 GABF Gold Medal winner. Since the early 90's, our Trippel has always been a big, beautiful Belgian-style ale. This golden beer opens with a bold blast of spicy Noble hops, courtesy of Saaz and Hallertau Mittlefruh, and gives way to the fruity aromas offered by our traditional Belgian yeast. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, Trippel is classically smooth and complex, and sings with a high-note of sweet citrus before a pleasantly dry finish delivers a warm, strong boozy bite. Give Trippel a sip to get you smiling.
Deliria
Colour and appearance: a pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass. Flavour: A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops. Taste: Full-bodied and balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well. Special beer brewed once a year to mark International Women's Day.
Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple
An exceptional quadruple amber. The particularly rich and complex taste palette and the full head are also found in the Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple. The sweet notes of caramel are, however, reserved for the Gulden Draak Classic. The new recipe based on 4 different malt varieties gives the Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple a deep golden amber color and a slightly fruity aroma. Together with the soft and slightly sweet taste, this provides a beautifully rounded bouquet with notes of dried fruit. Just like the other specialty beers from Brewery Van Steenberge, Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple is a high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation. Delirium Tremens
The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

We've taken inspiration from beyond the cosmos for this golden-hued Strong Golden Ale and added Galaxy hops to impart passionfruit and peach qualities to its profile of ripe fruit and light peppery spice.

Popsicle
The white-hot sun beats down on a cracked sidewalk. Heat waves rise into the air as the creak of an ungreased bicycle wheel sounds in the distance. If only there was something refreshing, something that would dispel the stagnant, oppressive summer air. Popsicle is an homage to one of our favorite childhood memories – an ice cold, freezer-born remedy. With the use of our best culinary dark arts, we blend a touch of lactose with our sour beer base and a heaping helping of popsicle magic.

Its love at first sip as the full malt body, dominated by British crystal malt, brown sugar and pumpkin, slowly washes over your tongue. Bourbon barrel aging rounds out the flavors with notes of oak, vanilla, and bourbon. Chaider is our annual chai spiced hard cider. We collaborate every year with Dragonfly Chai, a specialty tea microbrewery in Portland, Oregon to product his rooibos rich, autumn magic in a glass.
The Lantern
This German-style hybrid beer is brewed with pumpkin and a hint of cinnamon, fermented with ale yeast, and lagered for a crisp finish. The Lantern has dark, bready notes and a spicy hop character making it the perfect fall beer.
